Mystery Raptor At The Patch

Took Debbie to visit my new local patch yesterday because of the abundance of butterflies and saw this raptor being mobbed in the distance.

Mystery Raptor 1/2

Mystery Raptor 2/2

Any ideas what this could be?

**Update**

Thanks to everyone's suggestions from the blog world, Twitter and Flickr, the consensus seems to be Common Buzzard and I think this shot from
Northhamptonshire Wildlife nails it.

Looks like the colouring of a buzzard but it doesn't have rounded wings like a buzzard would. Looks quite like a Marsh Harrier??

I have to say the black patches under the wing, and slender head point towards Honey Buzzard

Nice shot Paul; I'll go with a Buzzard.

Nice mobbing capture in flight. The Buzzard has a beautiful pattern.
